Residential Pump Systems
M&R Well Drilling offers comprehensive support in selecting, installing, and maintaining the right pump for your well. Serving North Georgia and Atlanta, we specialize in installing submersible well pumps from reputable brands, suitable for both residential and commercial use. Our pumps cater to various needs, including residential clean water, wastewater, light commercial, agricultural, industrial, and municipal systems.
Submersible water pumps, also known as "submergible pumps," can operate fully submerged in water, thanks to mechanical seals that prevent water from entering the pump motor and causing short circuits. These pumps are used in numerous applications, primarily to transfer water from a source, such as a well, to a designated destination.
The companies we use for pumps offer a range of pump sizes, backed by years of manufacturing expertise and proven reliability. At M&R Well Drilling, we pride ourselves on treating your project with the utmost care and professionalism. Contact us today for new submersible pump installations or repairs to your existing water well pump.
Irrigation Pump Systems
If you have an irrigation well at your residence, the pump will be different than a residential pump. An irrigation pump is a variable-speed, constant-pressure pump that runs based on high/low demand of the irrigation system. The variable speed means that when the well is full, the rpm’s run slower, and as the well drops in volume, the rpm’s speed up to maintain the constant pressure.
A constant-pressure pump allows you to run water in your house at different locations such as taking a shower and running the dishwasher, and at the same time watering with your irrigation system, without noticing a drop in pressure. The pumps are engineered with three-phase power performance while having single phase input.
